Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a transparent, fair, and seamless booking experience. Please review our refund guidelines and cancellation rules detailed below.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel any home service appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled time slot.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start of the scheduled slot may incur a nominal cancellation/convenience charge of ₹150 to cover dispatch fuel and technician scheduling overheads.
2. Cancellation by Tetryx
While rare, in the event of extreme weather, local electrical emergencies, or sudden technician unavailability, Tetryx may need to reschedule your booking. Under such circumstances:
- You will be immediately notified through email or phone.
- We will offer instant rescheduling or process a full 100% refund of any advance payments made online.
Refund Eligibility & Method
Labor charges for completed and signed-off services are **non-refundable**. If you are unhappy with the quality of work, you are fully covered under our **1-month service warranty**, and we will dispatch a supervisor to rectify the issue at no additional cost to you.
3. Processing Bank Refunds
If your cancellation meets the free cancellation criteria and an advance payment was collected, refunds will be initiated automatically.
- All refunds are issued to the original online bank account, card, or UPI ID used during checkout.
- Refund processing times typically range from 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank clearance schedules.
