Welcome to Tetryx Home Services. By utilizing our online platform to book electrical or plumbing maintenance, or by hiring Tetryx for commercial installation projects, you agree to follow and be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions.
1. Contracting Party & Licensing
Tetryx Home Services operates as a registered contractor licensed under the Tamil Nadu Electrical Licensing Board (TNELB). All technical services are overseen by certified professionals.
2. Scope of Services & Bookings
- Home Maintenance: Minimum visit fees start at ₹214, which covers basic assessment and immediate quick fixes. Extended labor and replacement materials will incur extra fees.
- Site Quotations: For major residential/industrial work, Tetryx delivers a detailed custom quote. A complimentary site layout and drawing set is provided only upon client confirmation of the project order.
- Accurate Details: The customer must enter precise address inputs and coordinate access to the properties for our dispatch teams.
3. Payments & Taxes
All electronic invoices computed by our Mini-ERP system include statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) depending on your address and location in India. Payments must be rendered upon work completion or per agreed milestones for commercial projects.
Official Workmanship Warranty
Tetryx offers a robust **1-month warranty on standard home services** and a **3-month warranty on major projects** from date of execution. This warranty covers workmanship errors but excludes damages from client-supplied materials, external power surges, or custom repairs performed by unlicensed third parties.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to maintain a safe environment for our dispatched engineers. Customers must secure necessary corporate/residential society gate permissions prior to scheduled visits. If high-voltage panels, concealed conduits, or internal mains are modified, you must notify the Tetryx team before work initiates.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, Tetryx Home Services is not liable for consequential, incidental, or remote damages caused by electrical faults, pipe failures, or structural defects that pre-date our service booking.
6. Dispute Settlement
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation, dispute, or claim arising from our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
